Abstract
The examination on othe distribution of the pathogenic organisms was carried out with 556 samples of foodstuffs and 120 samples of fresh foods during 5 months from May to September, 1974. The results were summarized as follow:
1. The number of Cl. perfringens were 8(1.44%) cultures isolated from 566 samples of foodstuffs and 29(24.2%) cultures from 120 samples of fresh foods.
2. The number of coliform bacteria were 9 clutures (16.2%) from the 556 samples fo foodstuffs and 32 (26.67%) cultures from 120 samples of fresh foods.
3. The bacteriological characterisitcs such as morphological and biochemical results of all clutures were the typical Cl. perfingens type A.
4. Heat resistant cultures from tohe isolated 37 cultures of Cl. perfringens were 6(16.2%) cultures and Hobbs serological type were as follows: type 1, 1 culture; type 2, 2 cultures; type 5, 1 culture; type 9, 2 cultures.
5. Of 41 coliform clutures, 17 Escherichia coli, 4 Citrobacter freundii, 6 KLEBSIELLA PNEUMONIAE, 6 Enterobacter aerogenes, 4 Enterobacter cloacae, 4 Proteus vulgaris, and 2 proteus morganii were identified.
